Kindly take note of the following terms and conditions for a smoother and more effective business partnership:

Services
We ensure the best possible service quality and utmost care for the operations of your group.
Deadlines are set in accordance to group size and services booked. The more time we get to go into detailed operational planning, the better your service quality will be.
Operational issues like detailed itinerary, detailed menu planning, reconfirming services can be done only after 100% payment is received. We require minimum 7 days time for groups up to 50 guests. The bigger the groups, the more time is requested.

Rates and payments
All rates are quoted in CHF (Swiss Francs) and based on present cost conditions. Prices quoted in any other currencies are only for your reference. We reserve the right to alter the prices if necessary, in consultation with you. All prices are net including VAT and quoted on a per person basis unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due 35 days prior to arrival. 100% prepayment.
If the groups is booked or confirmed less than 35 days prior to arrival.
    - 25% advance payment upon booking.
    - Balance 75% payable with 1 week of confirmation of services or deadline set.

Bookings and confirmations
Upon acceptance of our offer we will only make a provisional booking with the hotel and service providers. We will inform you of the deadlines, payment conditions and cancellation terms and raise an invoice.
The hotel will only be confirmed after receipt in our bank of 50% of the invoice amount.
    - 50% of the invoice amount is now due within 1 week after Hotel reconfirmation.
    - The rest of the bookings can only be done after 100% payment reflects in our bank account and within our deadline.
Vouchers, passes and tickets will be issued within 5 - 14 working days after receipt of full payment. These will be delivered to your client/tour leader upon arrival or deposited at the first hotel in Switzerland.

Credit period with bank guarantee
If you want to have a credit period with us
    - You will have to provide us a bank guarantee from an internationally recognized bank or a bank approved by our bank "New Bank of Argovie"
    - Groups: Bank guarantee of EUR 50,000 Credit period: 14 working days after return Luxury FIT: Bank guarantee of EUR 15,000 Credit period: 10 working days after return

Visas
Visas are your or yours clients responsibility. We shall not be held responsible for any delays, rescheduling or cancellation resulting due to non-grant of applicable visas and/or necessary travel documents.
Any financial obligations arising out of cancellation or rescheduling have to be met by you or your client.
Confirmation for visa purposes can only be sent after the advance payment is received.

Cancellations & refunds
If the group is booked & confirmed more than 35 days prior to arrival

- 35 days prior to arrival	no charge
- 35-21 days prior to arrival	25% of invoice
- 21-15 days prior to arrival	50% of invoice
- 15-10 days prior to arrival	75% of invoice
- less than 10 days prior to arrival no refund

If the group is booked & confirmed less than 35 days prior to arrival
    - If the cancellation is after the hotel deadline: 100% cancellation of hotel charges + 7% administrative expensive from our side.
    - If the cancellation is after reconfirming the services with the other suppliers: 100% cancellations charges unless otherwise specifically mentioned.
    - Within 10 days of arrival: 100% cancellation charges.

In case of payment reaching us after deadline and hotels or other required services are no longer available the payment will be refunded after deduction of administrative of 7% of the total invoice. Any applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation terms will be in addition.

No Shows, Last minute alterations and changes
Groups up to 30 guests: last min no shows

- Up to 10% of group strength:	1st nights hotel charges + 25% of invoice amount per person
- 10%-25% of group strength	re costing* or 100% invoice amount

Groups 30 - 100 guests:

- Up to 5% of group size or 3 guests or 2 rooms	no charge
- 5-10% of group strength	1st nights hotel charges + 35% of invoice amount per person
- Above 10% of group strength	re costing* or 100% invoice amount

Groups 100-150 guests:

- Up to 7% of group size or 5 guests or 6 rooms	no charge
- 7-15% of group strength	1st nights hotel charges + 45% of invoice amount per person
- Above 15% of group strength	re costing* or 100% invoice amount

Groups 150+ guests:

- Up to 10% of group size or 7 guests or 10 rooms (max 15 guests incl. children)	no charge
- 10-15% of group strength	1st nights hotel charges + 55% of invoice amount per person basis
- Above 15% of group strength	re costing* or 100% invoice amount

* Any alterations to original booking resulting in re costing entail expenses, which have to be passed on. A handling fees of CHF 125/-- will be charged per booking per change.

Liability
The liability of I.T.S.EuroSwiss International Travel & Trade Services GmbH is limited. We act only as an agent for all the services provided, including but not limited to services involving ship, air, rail, hotel accommodation, restaurants, which are provided by various companies who are independent contractors.
We and our suppliers can not accept any responsibility for losses or accidental expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults or over bookings by hotels, sickness, weather, strikes, war, political instability, quarantine and other causes beyond our control. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Baggage and small articles (coats etc.) are at the owners risk throughout the travel.
We reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve the itinerary, to the passenger's enjoyment and advantage. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule departures in accordance to the requirements deemed justified by us for any reason pertaining to operational requirements for the passengers safety.
All services provided are subject to the laws of the specific countries or to the conditions of the various suppliers.

Jurisdiction/ Applicable Laws:
Swiss laws are applicable and the only applicable jurisdiction is Lenzburg, AG Switzerland.
